This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications, APIs, and automation solutions for Contact Center & Telephony Services.
• Construct cloud-native solutions utilizing Python, Azure services, system integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Create and support dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable software.
• Contribute to architectural design, technology decisions, and overall system design.
• Conduct code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
• Over 3 years of professional software engineering experience in designing, developing, and supporting full stack applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
• More than 3 years of hands-on development experience with Python.
• At least 2 years of experience in building and deploying cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
• A minimum of 2 years creating reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Over 1 year of experience applying Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile delivery, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven experience in supporting or integrating with Contact Center and Telephony platforms such as Five9, Cisco, Avaya, Oracle, Genesys, or Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, user provisioning, access management, and operational support processes.
• Understanding of observability and monitoring practices, including logging, performance monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting in cloud environments.
• Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, or similar infrastructure and automation technologies.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience; alternatively, a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
