Full Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and expansion of products that address significant challenges.

• Engage throughout the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and customer exploration to execution, deployment, and refinement.

• Incorporate AI into everyday workflows for research, idea generation, drafting, design iterations, quality assurance, and expedited delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack web applications and product functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp customer requirements and convert them into effective solutions.

• Take ownership of projects from initial concept to final production deployment.

• Work in partnership with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Create scalable backend systems, APIs, and data models.

• Develop responsive, efficient, and accessible frontend interfaces.

• Engage in product strategy conversations and offer insights that enhance the business.

• Resolve production issues and consistently enhance reliability and performance.

• Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to rapidly iterate on product features.

• Assist in establishing engineering best practices while maintaining a high-quality codebase.

• Technical Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in product design, brand design, or similar digital design roles.

• A portfolio is required, showcasing strong examples of UI/UX, websites, and brand communication projects.

• A robust product mindset with a keen interest in addressing customer challenges.

• High energy, self-motivated attitude, with a proactive approach.

• Capability to independently lead projects and make progress in uncertain environments.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience in developing software applications, personal projects, startups, open-source contributions, internships, or professional products.

• Comfort with both frontend and backend systems.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, health tech, digital health, or clinical workflows is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with AI-driven products or data-centric applications.

• Understanding of security, privacy, or compliance requirements in regulated settings.
