Full Stack Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute research activities to gain insights into user needs, business constraints, and workflow realities.

• Convert research insights into product opportunities, design recommendations, and prioritized action items.

• Ensure alignment with stakeholders — including business, product, technical leads, and support teams — by documenting and following through on key decisions.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business partners, and the UX Lead to maintain progress across various work streams.

• Generate clear UX deliverables that provide sufficient structure and rationale to support implementation and discussion.

• Contribute to enhancing team collaboration, communication, and decision-making practices as needed.

• Assist in establishing clearer working methods, decision paths, and collaboration rituals amid changing team dynamics.

• Navigate comfortably between discovery, definition, and delivery, contributing through interface design, facilitation, synthesis, and decision support for the wider team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior UX or Product Designer with extensive end-to-end product experience, especially in software products featuring complex workflows or multiple dependencies.

• Strong research capabilities, including stakeholder interviews, opportunity mapping, synthesis of pain points, and converting findings into actionable design directions.

• Proven track record in research-driven product definition, beyond just UI execution.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with business, product, technical leads, and support teams who assess feasibility, risk, and relevance.

• Ability to thrive within shifting team dynamics and ambiguous operating models, demonstrating the maturity to make progress without fully defined processes.

• Strong product thinking skills, including prioritization, awareness of trade-offs, and comfort with ambiguity in complex settings.

• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to convey rationale clearly to diverse audiences, from everyday partners to strategic stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
