Full Stack Front-End Developer – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.

• Participate in the planning of system and development deployments, ensuring adherence to software compliance standards.

• Assess the interaction between hardware and software, operational requirements, and the overall system characteristics.

• Document the testing and maintenance processes for system corrections.

• Create and enhance Single Page Applications (SPAs) utilizing TypeScript and contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React.

• Spearhead user experience modernization projects, developing responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and user adoption.

• Implement workflow interfaces and automate business processes through integrations with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and service layers to enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid iterative improvements within an Agile framework.

• Employ secure application development practices throughout the software development lifecycle to comply with DoD security and compliance standards.

• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support comprehensive quality assurance activities.

• Document technical solutions, user manuals, and system configurations as necessary.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned or required to further mission objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) with a focus on responsive UI/UX development.

• Experience with contemporary state management techniques (Context API, TanStack Query, Redux, or similar).

• Proficient in REST API development and integration with front-end applications.

• Solid grasp of Agile and iterative development methodologies.

• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to convert business processes into software requirements and solutions.

• Capability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.

• Self-driven individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of consideration.
