• Oversee frontend and fullstack implementation workstreams for integrations with carriers and enterprise partners, managing the architecture and delivery of intricate, partner-specific experiences from initiation to production.
• Design and implement scalable UI layers and API integrations, establishing patterns for partner-facing interfaces that can be reused and adapted for future implementations.

• Advocate for engineering excellence through thorough testing strategies, encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage for all partner deliverables.
• Encourage a security-first mindset within the team, pinpointing non-compliant code and ensuring that reviewed contributions align with security standards.
• Establish AI coding tool standards and best practices for the vertical, balancing productivity improvements with quality safeguards and monitoring effectiveness over time.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with substantial expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Strong fullstack capabilities with professional experience in Go or Python.
• Understanding of GraphQL architecture, including schema design, performance optimization, resolver patterns, and the ability to guide architectural decisions regarding API design.
• Proven ability to lead complex implementation projects from start to finish, including scoping, RFC authorship, and delivery alongside cross-functional partners.
• Experience in designing and using gRPC/REST APIs and constructing reliable integration layers between systems.
• A solid record of delivering accessible, high-performance, and production-ready frontend solutions that balance technical quality with timelines for delivery.
• Familiarity with contemporary frontend tools, including component libraries, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable discussing technical topics and tradeoff decisions with engineering directors, implementation managers, and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Peer feedback indicating this individual is highly respected for their technical acumen and collaborative skills.
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices is preferred.
• Advocate for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and incremental software delivery.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and the ability to critically assess AI-generated code for security, maintainability, and architectural alignment—not just speed.
• Competitive salary and equity based on the role.
• Supportive policies and management that promote work/life balance, including flexible paid time off and parental leave programs.
• Full premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• Lifestyle stipend to enhance your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
