Front-End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Engage in the creation and development of high-quality web applications.

• Focus on designing captivating user interfaces, effective administrative panels, and ensuring smooth integration with backend APIs.

• Improve internal processes and product offerings by delivering reusable and scalable web components across diverse platforms, with support for localization and internationalization.

• Design and implement user interface components utilizing Angular and/or React methodologies and workflows (including Redux).

• Develop responsive web applications with Angular and apply TailwindCSS for styling purposes.

• Construct and maintain scalable components for administrative interfaces that provide user-friendly experiences.

• Connect with backend APIs for data interchange, application logic, and functionality improvement.

• Collaborate with the design team to convert visual and textual designs into efficient responsive web applications.

• Optimize applications for peak performance, scalability, and compatibility across various devices.

• Maintain code integrity, organization, and automation through version control systems and CI/CD practices.

• Set an example by writing clean, maintainable code; perform code reviews and guide junior developers.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web development to continuously improve digital products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in web development or a related area.

• Practical experience with web development principles and practices.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with modern web development tools and frameworks, including Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Angular.

• Proficiency in the English language for both written and verbal communication.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think algorithmically.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is advantageous.

• Prior experience with food delivery applications is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and French is a bonus.
