Full Stack Engineer – VoiceAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy AI-driven products throughout the sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, meeting preparation, live assistance, roleplay, outbound outreach, and follow-ups.

• Develop Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing CRM data, product expertise, and customer context.

• Work on features related to real-time and voice technologies, such as low-latency pipelines, transcription services, and in-call AI support.

• Design and execute agentic workflows that encompass multi-step AI tasks, automation processes, and outbound sequences.

• Integrate seamlessly with CRM systems, communication platforms, and various enterprise data sources.

• Contribute to the development of scalable, multi-tenant architecture catering to enterprise clients.

• Oversee the journey of features from initial concept to full production, including design, implementation, and iterative improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Proven experience in developing and launching AI-powered features in a production environment.

• Familiarity with voice or real-time systems, including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and streaming technologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of system design, including APIs, asynchronous workflows, real-time systems, and data modeling.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous work settings.
