This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Develop and sustain web applications utilizing React, with an emphasis on performance, component architecture, and user experience.

• Create server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and backend services using PHP.

• Integrate frontend and backend systems to ensure a seamless data flow.

• Design, query, and optimize relational database structures.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to transform requirements into functional software.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to established engineering standards.

• Diagnose and resolve issues throughout the entire stack.

• Produce clean, well-documented, testable, and maintainable code.

• 3 to 5 years of practical full-stack development experience.

• Strong expertise in React, encompassing component design, state management, and performance enhancement.

• Proficient in PHP development, particularly in RESTful API design and server-side logic.

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• Comfort in using Git within a collaborative development setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in debugging across both frontend and backend.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or regulated financial services is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies is a plus.
