• Development of microservices using Java / Spring Boot for functionalities such as account management, catalog management, cellar tracking, NFC smart-cork authentication, user engagement, gamification challenges, geotagging, and more.
• Implementation of a MongoDB-backed, message-driven architecture utilizing SNS/SQS for asynchronous communication, deployed on Kubernetes.
• Creation of a Consumer Mobile App (React + Ionic + Capacitor) that serves as a cross-platform solution for iOS/Android, featuring NFC scanning, AI-driven bottle storytelling, a digital cellar, Wine Passport, social tasting experiences, and direct-to-consumer commerce.
• Development of a Producer Backoffice (React + MUI + Vite) for managing campaigns, analytics dashboards, bottle logistics, content editing (using TipTap), data import/export, and delivering AI-driven insights for winery clients.
• Incorporation of AI-Powered Features including RAG pipelines for wine knowledge retrieval, an AI food pairing engine, personalized wine recommendations, intelligent wine profiling, an AI sommelier assistant, and an on-scan AI assistant that tailors every bottle interaction to the individual user.
• You will engage with large language models (LLMs), develop and refine retrieval-augmented generation systems, and assist in designing agentic workflows that enhance the intelligence of every tap interaction.
• Over 3 years of experience in building production systems using Java / Spring Boot and React / TypeScript.
• Strong background in working with MongoDB or similar document databases.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with message-driven architectures (such as SNS/SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies).
