📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the codebase in collaboration with other developers, as well as the technological infrastructure supporting our products.

• Develop and sustain both backend services and user-facing functionalities, covering API design, component implementation, and comprehensive workflows.

• Convert designs and wireframes into well-organized, testable, and scalable code.

• Incorporate AI-powered coding assistants and development tools into your daily routine to write, review, and deploy code more effectively.

• Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee code quality and reliability.

• Assess the work of fellow engineers, including the evaluation of AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability.

• Participate in technical decision-making and architectural discussions with a focus on scalability, modularity, and a clean separation of concerns.

• Maintain curiosity about emerging technologies, especially in AI tooling and LLM capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements for our products and workflows.

• Communicate proficiently across both technical and non-technical teams, recognizing that exceptional products require a tight feedback loop between development and product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development using agile methodologies.

• Over 2 years of experience with Python in a professional backend or full-stack role.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with React.js and a solid grasp of its fundamental principles.

• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to enhance coding, debugging, and code review processes.

• Dedication to software testing and high test coverage, with experience in using testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, pytest, or similar).

• Understanding of scalability, modularity, and separation of concerns in system architecture.

• Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.

• Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Awareness of web performance optimization techniques.

• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

• A collaborative approach and a willingness to share expertise across teams.
