Full Stack Engineer, Backend Heavy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• You will design and develop essential components of our agentic security platform.

• Take full responsibility for the design and implementation of features from start to finish.

• Deliver platform, agent, or integration functionalities with high efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with product and engineering leaders, as well as sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

• Launch features into live production environments, maintaining ownership beyond just delivery, which includes monitoring, stability, and post-launch iterations.

• Develop agents for Security Operations (SecOps).

• Create tool schemas, workflows, and memory stores for agents.

• Implement safe-execution loops incorporating guardrails, policy layers, and approvals.

• Design services that securely cater to multiple customer environments simultaneously.

• Construct pipelines that ingest customer security data and provide relevant context instantly.

• Automate the real-time incident lifecycle from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong backend development skills, preferably in Python, Go, or Node.

• Solid grasp of the fundamentals of distributed systems.

• Experience with microservices, asynchronous execution, and event streams.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and CI/CD practices.

• An ownership mindset, capable of taking a problem from inception to deployment.

• Bonus: Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms, or cyber security data pipelines.

• Bonus: Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks.

• Bonus: Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or agent implementations.

• Bonus: A passion for writing clean tests, documentation, and elegant abstractions.

• Preference for candidates who have studied at IITs, BITs, VIT, or NIT.
