Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the Python/FastAPI backend hosted on AWS ECS Fargate.

• Enhance and advance AI-driven multi-agent workflows utilizing Amazon Bedrock and LangGraph.

• Construct and refine RAG pipelines alongside long-term semantic memory solutions.

• Implement mobile functionalities using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android frameworks.

• Design and develop lightweight 2D gamification and student progression elements.

• Integrate GPS/geolocation features for school and class-related activities.

• Design and manage data models across PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB Atlas.

• Contribute to AWS infrastructure, Terraform, and secure cloud architecture practices.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions.

• Assist in mobile releases via Apple App Store Connect and Google Play.

• Monitor application performance using New Relic, OpenTelemetry, and AWS X-Ray.

• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing teams, and external partners to transform concepts into accessible, reliable products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience in developing production applications, APIs, or mobile applications.

• Proficient in Python, with a preference for FastAPI.

• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation processes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities along with effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and take initiative within a fast-paced startup environment.

• A genuine interest in accessibility, inclusivity, and technology that enhances people's lives.

• Preferred experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, RAG, vector databases, AI/LLM applications, AWS ECS Fargate, Terraform, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Google OR-Tools / CP-SAT, mobile application deployment, observability, and distributed systems.
