• About the team

• We have several distributed teams engaged in our client projects, internal tools, or proprietary products. Typically, our team size is up to 10 members, although some projects involve multiple teams, with over 40 engineers.

• Our teams comprise industry specialists, product owners, designers, and software engineers skilled in frontend, backend, or both. • About you

• We seek a **Full Stack Engineer** to join one of our scrum teams, utilizing technologies such as Spring Boot, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Redux, and reusable web components. You will be responsible for features from inception to completion and play an active role in shaping the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, coupled with a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent education).

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Kotlin, with a focus on developing production-grade services and RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL; including schema design, migrations, query optimization, and performance enhancements.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, and Redux, particularly in building complex and maintainable user interfaces.

• Practical knowledge of micro frontends and module federation.

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, while maintaining code quality.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and adhering to a design system.

• Consider testing as an integral part of the work; including unit, component, and end-to-end testing.

• Regularly utilize linters and formatters, producing clean code that is understandable by both developers and machines.

• Understand CI/CD processes and be at ease with managing changes through the pipeline to production.

• A solution-oriented individual with a structured working approach.

• Proficient in English.

• Nice to have

• Knowledge of UI5 Web Components and experience with a component-based design system (e.g., SAP Fiori).

• Experience in running services in the cloud, preferably Azure, on Kubernetes (AKS) with Helm.

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform).

• Experience with a service mesh (Istio) or Kubernetes-based platforms like Kyma.

• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).

• Practical experience integrating LLMs / GenAI into applications — e.g., Spring AI, Azure OpenAI, or building agentic flows and MCP servers.

• A strong interest in modern technologies and tools, with a passion for advancing the platform.
