Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of developing and managing user-facing product features from conception to deployment.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, architect, and deliver features.

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web user interfaces.

• Work alongside functional leaders in GTM, finance, and customer support to create and build internal tools.

• Optimize operations and eliminate manual workflows.

• Deliver customer-facing features and internal tools efficiently.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, operations, GTM, data, and customer success teams.

• Iterate and produce quickly, often on a weekly cycle.

• Navigate ambiguous challenges and independently drive initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possess 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience.

• Proficient user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

• Knowledgeable about the latest advancements in AI, including large language models, agent frameworks, and associated tools.

• Demonstrate strong product and design sensibility with a defined sense of quality.

• Capable of taking ownership and managing a significant segment of a product.

• Skilled in time management and prioritizing effectively.

• Comfortable transitioning between frontend and backend development.

• Possess clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in uncertain circumstances.

• Experience in constructing and maintaining production systems utilized by actual users.

• Willingness to learn new tools and develop solutions from the ground up.

• Background in early-stage startups or personal product development is a plus.

• Familiarity with Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft is a bonus.

• A college degree is requested in the application process, but it is not a formal job requirement.
