Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Methodically designing, creating, and launching new products.

• Taking full responsibility for the product and enhancing it based on user feedback and product analytics.

• Fostering a better culture and refining engineering and product practices.

• Assisting with future recruitment, onboarding, and the expansion of the company.

• Engaging in (and mastering) Clojure(script) (a robust functional programming language) and Python, known for its excellent tooling for iterative (REPL-based) development.

• Challenging the existing norms regarding current practices and logically analyzing why they are in place and how they can be improved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have experience in developing Single Page Applications utilizing HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and a JavaScript framework, preferably React.js.

• Possess backend experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.

• Have experience with or a desire to learn functional programming methodologies.

• Have a solid understanding of modern web server-client architecture and concepts like RESTful APIs, etc.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy regarding decisions in the development and design of products.
