Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and enhance the platform across all layers: mobile applications (React Native/Expo), web frontend (TypeScript), backend services (Java/Spring Boot), and partner portals (CMS).

• Design, implement, and thoroughly test new features from start to finish.

• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of backend systems and database queries.

• Enhance and refine automated testing processes.

• Continuously improve code quality, development methodologies, and system performance.

• Maintain and expand technical documentation.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to the collective technical knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of professional full stack development experience, with a focus on back-end.

• Strong proficiency in: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with React Native (Expo is a bonus).

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and SQL.

• Understanding of REST APIs and microservice architectures.

• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, integrated with the backend system.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD is not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of DevOps principles.

• Ability to write clean, secure, and maintainable code.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• A team player with analytical thinking and a proactive approach.

• Experience with Elasticsearch (especially data aggregation) is a plus.

• Understanding of security principles related to Docker and Kubernetes.
