Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain scalable full stack applications utilizing Python and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Develop responsive UI components and connect frontend applications with REST APIs and microservices.

• Create secure, scalable backend services and cloud-native applications on AWS utilizing EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and associated services.

• Incorporate Pindrop authentication, fraud detection, and voice security processes within applications.

• Assist with Amazon Connect and contact center integrations, including SIP and call flow processes.

• Execute CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring with tools like GitHub Actions, Terraform, CloudWatch, and Splunk.

• Enhance application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across both frontend and backend systems.

• Collaborate with product, design, platform, and operations teams to deliver exceptional enterprise solutions.

• Engage in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in full stack development with a robust background in both frontend and backend technologies.

• Significant experience in Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Practical experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications on AWS.

• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

• Preferred knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP call flows, and Pindrop integrations.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices.

• Experience with event-driven systems such as SNS, SQS, or EventBridge.

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

• AWS Certifications such as Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate are a plus.

• Exposure to Amazon Connect and initiatives for contact center modernization.

• Experience working with distributed, cloud-native enterprise systems.
