Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing React, Vue, or Angular for the frontend.

• Construct and uphold backend services and APIs using Node.js (REST and/or GraphQL).

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Implement clean, reusable, and thoroughly tested code across the entire stack.

• Enhance frontend performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices.

• Design and oversee database schemas and data flows (SQL and/or NoSQL).

• Integrate third-party APIs and services (authentication, payments, analytics, cloud services, etc.).

• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment management.

• Continuously enhance code quality, development workflows, and system performance.

• Keep abreast of modern JavaScript, frontend frameworks, and backend best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end development (1-3 years).

• Strong understanding of modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.

• Experience with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of Docker/containerization.

• Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures.

• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.

• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical documentation.
