• Lead the development efforts for both frontend and backend components.

• Have practical development experience from previous jobs or projects.

• Be familiar with server-side application development frameworks.

• Hold knowledge of SQL and ORMs.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Typescript and React.

• Be comfortable using online communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.

• Exhibit clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Possess strong critical thinking abilities.

• Ideally, have around 2 years of experience in the field.
