Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Focus on Real-Time Data integrations and Commission systems, primarily from a backend/data viewpoint, while also engaging with frontend data presentation and interfaces.

• Manage incentive programs, including our Rewards Program (Shared Growth Plan) and other evolving initiatives.

• Oversee existing data pipelines spanning backend and frontend systems, facilitating enhancements, maintenance, and incremental development as required.

• Integrate and collaborate with various data sources: Develop and sustain integrations with external systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability throughout pipelines.

• Uphold engineering quality: Produce clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on a culture of testing.

• Utilize modern tools and AI: Incorporate AI tools into the development process, integrating them as an active component of the workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a fullstack developer, adept at work on both frontend and backend.

• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.

• Possess a Startup Mindset: High ownership and the capability to navigate ambiguity. We seek individuals who aspire to build and grow, not merely maintain.

• Must reside in Poland, with flexibility for partial overlap with the US time zone.

• Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2).
