Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance frontend capabilities by integrating contemporary tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Design and scale high-performance web applications utilizing React and state-of-the-art frontend technologies.

• Take ownership of features from conception and design through to production and iterative improvements.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI teams to create seamless and user-friendly experiences.

• Assist in backend development (Python) to ensure smooth integration throughout the stack.

• Guide fellow engineers and contribute to enhancing team workflows (code reviews, testing, CI/CD).

• Uphold exceptional standards for code quality, performance, and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on frontend technologies (React / Angular / Vue, TypeScript).

• Proven experience in enhancing and scaling frontend architecture within production settings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of modern tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack) and core browser concepts.

• Solid understanding of backend principles (API design, data flow, scalability); familiarity with Node.js or Python is advantageous.

• A product-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience, performance, and maintainability.

• Excellent communication skills and a readiness to support and mentor others.
