Full Stack Engineer, AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive product features encompassing frontend, backend, and AI integrations.

• Create agent workflows that effectively manage planning, tool utilization, failures, and recovery across various stages.

• Incorporate large language models (LLMs), memory, and external tools into systems that operate reliably in real-world scenarios.

• Design real-time AI interactions with streaming capabilities, partial results, and stringent latency requirements.

• Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback strategies.

• Work closely with machine learning, backend, and product teams to deliver complete features.

• Continuously refine processes based on actual usage and encountered failure modes.

• Extensive experience in full-stack engineering (frontend and backend).

• Strong grasp of system design principles and API architecture.

• Familiarity with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, or AI-driven applications.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and make sound engineering decisions.

• Strong sense of ownership - capable of guiding features from concept to production.

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting requirements.
