Full-Stack Developer – Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Comprehensive responsibility for all technical facets of the product.

• Product development & features: You enhance our core functionalities from the CRM and our intelligent form editor to our central feature: the adaptable workflow builder.

• Rapid iterations: You have a direct influence. You respond to customer feedback in an agile manner and execute updates or enhancements swiftly.

• Focus on UI/UX: You approach from the users' viewpoint and ensure that intricate processes remain user-friendly.

• Scaling the system architecture: You architect and implement our future system framework, considering the most suitable tech stack.

• Strong full-stack experience: You possess several years of expertise with production web applications and have effectively designed or scaled architectures.

• Ownership mindset: You readily assume full accountability for the product, code quality, and seamless operation.

• Decisiveness: You have a clear understanding of contemporary software development and are enthusiastic about making proactive decisions regarding technology direction.

• Solution-focused & proactive: You enjoy exploring new subjects (e.g., API integrations within the financial sector) and take satisfaction in being actively involved in implementation.
