Full Stack Developer, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and refine web applications utilizing React on the front end.

• Develop and maintain back-end APIs and services with Java and Spring/Spring Boot.

• Provide production support for systems, addressing bugs, failures, incidents, and unforeseen behaviors.

• Implement both technical and functional enhancements in existing applications.

• Create, manage, and integrate REST APIs.

• Execute integrations with internal systems, external systems, and third-party services.

• Engage in technical analysis of requirements, suggesting solutions that align with business needs.

• Conduct refactorings to enhance code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Develop and maintain automated tests for both front-end and back-end applications.

• Partake in code reviews, technical discussions, and the establishment of best practices.

• Assist in building, deploying, monitoring, and managing applications in production.

• Analyze logs, metrics, and evidence to determine root causes of issues.

• Generate and maintain technical documentation.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers on the team.

• Ensure the quality, stability, and availability of the applications for which you are responsible.

• Guarantee sprint delivery aligns with planning and maintains high quality.

• Develop scalable, secure solutions that comply with the organization's technical standards.

• Take proactive measures to identify risks, technical debt, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Assess technical impacts prior to implementing new features or fixes.

• Contribute to the definition of architecture, development patterns, and best practices.

• Ensure proper implementation of versioning, testing, code review, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other departments in refining and detailing requirements.

• Participate in estimations, technical planning, and prioritization of deliverables.

• Assist in resolving production incidents, ensuring swift and quality fixes.

• Share technical expertise with the team and contribute to the continuous growth of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Advanced proficiency in React.

• Experience with Vue.js.

• Proficient in modern JavaScript, including ES6+.

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.

• Experienced in componentization, state management, and API consumption on the front end.

• Strong background in Java.

• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Knowledge of REST API development.

• Familiar with layered architecture, dependency injection, and best practices in back-end development.

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.

• Experience with JPA, Hibernate, or similar technologies.

• Proficient with Git and versioning strategies.

• Experience with unit and integration testing.

• Understanding of principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, and design patterns.

• Experience in investigating and resolving issues in production environments.

• Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and suggest definitive solutions.

• Familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong communication, autonomy, organization, and teamwork abilities.
