Full Stack Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the deployment of essential features and tackle complex technical challenges that necessitate extensive knowledge in architecture, performance, and security.

• Offer technical guidance for the squad's tasks, serving as a dependable contact to ensure project timelines are adhered to and quality benchmarks are upheld.

• Engage in technical refinements, converting business needs into feasible solution designs and identifying potential obstacles prior to the commencement of development.

• Elevate the team's technical standards through direct code mentorship, comprehensive Pull Request evaluations, and continuous technical assistance for junior and mid-level engineers (Jr/Pl).

• Ensure that the squad's activities are consistently aligned with Chapter and Architecture guidelines, actively rectifying any deviations.

• Maintain and enhance critical systems, guaranteeing that solutions for both legacy systems and new services are executed with an emphasis on stability and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Go (Golang): Exceptional proficiency and demonstrated experience in production settings (Mandatory requirement).

• Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring Boot (including Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Web).

• Familiarity with microservices, messaging systems (such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS), and high-availability systems.

• Expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases, with a focus on query optimization, concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous I/O.

• Proficient in Maven, Docker, and API documentation utilizing Swagger.

• Solid background in developing and architecting intricate single-page applications (SPAs) and managing state effectively.

• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, Clean Architecture, and practices like DRY, YAGNI, and KISS.

• Advanced experience with AWS services (including compute, storage, and networking) and containerization technologies.

• Experience with Scrum methodology and advanced proficiency in Git/Gitflow.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Node.js.

• Nice to have: Experience with React or Next.js.
