Full Stack Developer – PL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the user experience and visual aspects of the Qubio platform, collaborating closely with front-end developers.

• Partner with Taras to create product interfaces driven by LLMs.

• Connect interfaces with Node.js and Azure backend systems.

• Sustain a high pace of delivery utilizing AI-assisted development tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building interfaces for LLM-based products, which includes conversational chats, streaming rendering (token-by-token), tool-calling visualizations, agent steps, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows, following patterns such as “suggest → create draft → execute.”

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), encompassing concepts such as streaming (SSE/WebSockets), user experience considerations related to latency, token management, and front-end error handling and retry strategies.

• Strong foundational knowledge of agentic architectures, including agents, tool-calling, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MCP (Model Context Protocol), along with the capability to develop interfaces for an agent-based backend with minimal guidance.

• Regularly employs AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code or v0) to uphold a high delivery velocity.

• 3–6 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience with a significant emphasis on front-end work, along with a proven history of delivering production B2B SaaS applications.

• Skilled in TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), and Tailwind CSS, with consistent experience in utilizing TanStack Query, state management, and constructing/maintaining design systems and component libraries.

• Capable of integrating interfaces with Node.js and Azure backends, working with REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2 integration flows (calendar, email, chat, CRM, payments), ensuring reliability through best practices such as automatic retries and idempotency.

• Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
