Full Stack Developer – Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

• Design and sustain scalable full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and React.

• Facilitate technical discussions and play a key role in architectural decision-making.

• Engage directly with our Nordic clients and their partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

• Operate, learn, and take charge in a remote agile team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.

• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.

• Proficient in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Redux.

• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, including Azure and Kubernetes.

• Capability to design scalable and maintainable large-scale solutions.

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices.

• Experience in an Agile work environment.

• Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring engineers is considered a plus.
