Full Stack Developer – Headless CMS, Sanity.IO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the content architecture.

• Create a comprehensive content schema in Sanity.io from scratch — including services, treatments, providers, booking flows, blog, and FAQs — utilizing clean document types, structured portable text, and a model that is user-friendly for non-technical editors.

• Develop the frontend.

• Construct the Next.js frontend that utilizes Sanity’s GROQ API — implementing a thoughtful ISR/SSR strategy, along with built-in image optimization and SEO principles from the outset, rather than as an afterthought.

• Manage the deployment pipeline on Vercel — including preview environments, CI checks, and rollback capabilities.

• Create and sustain integrations.

• Link the CMS to external booking and scheduling platforms — with an API-first approach, ensuring clean abstraction and resilience against inevitable upstream changes.

• Operate independently and communicate effectively.

• Oversee your own delivery — you will have the necessary context, objectives, and access to stakeholders, rather than relying on a Jira board filled with pre-defined tickets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing full stack web applications in production settings.

• Proven, hands-on expertise with Sanity.io — including content modeling, GROQ queries, and Studio customization.

• Proficient in Next.js and TypeScript — not just “familiar with.” You use these technologies daily and have well-formed opinions about their effective use.

• Experience in designing and building headless architectures from start to finish, rather than merely utilizing a CMS configured by someone else.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or offshore capacity — including asynchronous communication, proactive status updates, and self-managed delivery.

• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.
