Full-Stack Developer, FlutterFlow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the FlutterFlow frontend for our application.

• Design pixel-perfect user interfaces with a focus on layout, interaction, animation, and responsiveness.

• Implement backend APIs, manage authentication, ensure tenant awareness, and handle errors effectively.

• Assist in transforming AI-driven product features into functional app experiences.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis for development, design, quality assurance, and enhancing delivery speed.

• Maintain organized workflows, communicate effectively, and document essential decisions.

• Work closely with our AI Tech Lead, Intelligence Officer, and Product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing and deploying FlutterFlow applications to production.

• Strong UI and UX capabilities with a commitment to high visual quality standards.

• Solid understanding of:

• - REST APIs

• - authentication flows

• - state management

• - caching mechanisms

• - handling loading, error, and empty states

• Familiarity with using custom code when necessary, while prioritizing FlutterFlow solutions.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Availability for live build sessions and team collaboration.

• Proficient in utilizing modern AI tools for development, design, and testing.

• Dependable and organized in documenting tasks and keeping ClickUp updated.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with schema-driven UI rendering.

• Experience with AI-empowered app functionalities such as chat, streaming, or voice patterns.

• Basic backend skills for debugging, light API tasks, or data transformation.
