This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full ownership of the website strategy from start to finish
• Design, scale, and manage Contentful content models, fields, spaces, and environments
• Supervise structured content delivery utilizing GraphQL/REST API queries, webhooks, and contemporary data-handling protocols
• Create and sustain responsive, accessible, secure, and high-performing web experiences
• Integrate Contentful with HubSpot, web analytics tools, AWS, Amazon CloudFront, S3, and Heroku
• Improve, scale, and support internal AI-driven automation tools using platforms like OpenAI
• Assess site health, user engagement, and marketing funnel performance with GA4, Hotjar, and data visualization tools
• Plan and implement A/B and multivariate testing to enhance lead conversion rates
• Track conversion rates, bounce rates, and form drop-off patterns to address conversion issues
• Deploy and oversee event tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Conduct quality assurance on new pages for tag firing, conversion pixel precision, and clean UTM parameters
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless data integration into CRMs, data platforms, and executive reporting dashboards
• Create and deliver CMS onboarding and training sessions
• Offer documentation, troubleshooting assistance, and governance for content contributors
• Advocate for web publishing best practices
• Execute technical SEO requirements in collaboration with the SEO Manager
• Demonstrated experience in developing high-performing, robust, responsive, and cross-browser compatible Server-Side Rendering (SSR) websites
• Practical experience with Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3
• Direct experience in configuring, managing, and querying headless CMS environments; Contentful is highly preferred
• Proficient understanding of HTTP, JSON, REST, and GraphQL
• Skilled in managing deployments and environments within AWS, S3, Amazon CloudFront, and Heroku
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and modern version control/project management tools
• Over 5 years of experience in digital operations
• At least 1–2 years specifically managing content within a headless CMS environment
• Strong data-driven approach
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities across design and marketing teams
• Ability to troubleshoot critical issues under pressure with significant autonomy
