Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluates business requirements across various areas, including assessing application software packages.

• Develops and adjusts procedures to address business challenges.

• Programs and configures application components and their interfaces.

• Manages and organizes change control and production verification processes.

• Produces necessary documentation.

• Ensures compliance of all programming/configuration with corporate standards, identifies and resolves integration issues, and maintains version control of deliverables.

• Guarantees that business applications are designed in accordance with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.

• Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.

• Formulates test plans, certifies the results of string testing, and conducts regression and integration testing across applications.

• Cultivates business relationships and collaborates with other IT departments to ensure successful project implementation and support.

• Generates impact and detailed design documents, transforming requirements into suitable system designs and managing version control of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field required.

• Capable of executing instructions and seeking clarification when necessary.

• Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

• Demonstrates strong data entry capabilities.

• Able to carry out basic mathematical calculations.

• Communicates effectively and conveys essential information.

• Capable of creating and delivering formal presentations.

• Exhibits strong intercultural interpersonal skills.

• Maintains and promotes social, ethical, and organizational standards in both internal and external business activities.

• Functions independently with minimal supervision.

• Quickly adapts to new systems and technologies.

• Proficient in using relevant computer applications at an intermediate level.
