Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain features for AI-driven products utilizing language models such as GPT-5 and Claude.

• Develop applications and protocols that facilitate intelligent workflows and automation.

• Create and enhance user interfaces through HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Build backend systems using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.

• Integrate models for image and video generation to improve user experiences.

• Sustain and enhance existing software by addressing bugs and optimizing performance.

• Convert product requirements into functional, user-facing features.

• Ensure quality, scalability, and efficiency in all technical decisions.

• Collaborate effectively within a distributed, asynchronous work setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a full-stack software developer.

• Strong proficiency in Python and Django for backend development is essential.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.

• Experience with deploying or integrating large language models in production settings.

• Knowledge of database design and optimization for PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-traffic systems.

• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio, GitHub profile, or live project examples demonstrating relevant work.

• English proficiency at a C1 level.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing ChatGPT applications, retrieval-augmented systems, or orchestration layers.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar interface design tools.

• Experience in designing and developing APIs.

• Enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI tools and automation technologies.

• Previous experience in a remote, startup-like work environment.
