Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable web applications utilizing Python (Django, FastAPI, Tornado), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and PHP (Laravel, Symfony).

• Construct responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces based on UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD).

• Design and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Enhance applications for optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Design and oversee both relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, analytics tools, and cloud-based APIs.

• Implement secure systems for authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2).

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.

• Provide support for the deployment and monitoring of applications in AWS environments.

• Assist with containerization using Docker when necessary.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

• Develop and uphold unit and integration tests.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA.

• Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, Express, Laravel, Django, or FastAPI.

• Profound understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.

• Proficiency in Git and contemporary software development workflows.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with microservices architecture and API gateway management.

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, OWASP guidelines, and API hardening practices.

• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or cloud-native product environments.
