Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain web applications across the entire stack.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, including developers, DevOps engineers, and QA professionals.

• Engage in an agile development environment with regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.

• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code) to improve development speed, code quality, and overall productivity.

• Quickly adapt to existing codebases and changing technical requirements.

• Communicate effectively with team members during East Coast working hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory (no exceptions).

• Strong mid-level experience in full stack development is required.

• Proficiency in the following technologies: Angular (front-end), PHP and/or Java (back-end).

• Proven ability to learn new technologies and adapt swiftly.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Must be available to work during East Coast time zone hours.

• Active or previous U.S. government security clearance is preferred.

• Previous experience working on U.S. government or federal contracts is advantageous.

• Familiarity with, or a willingness to actively use, Claude (Anthropic’s AI assistant) or similar AI coding tools as part of the development process is preferred.

• Experience in fast-paced, large team settings (20+ team members) is preferred.
