Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Design and implement coding tasks that span multiple files, focusing on bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.

• Create clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Review tasks generated by peers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential modes of failure.

• Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced written proficiency in English at a professional level.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with a working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production systems.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and migrating to production environments.
