Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Contributors will be responsible for designing and executing multi-file coding assignments encompassing bug fixes, feature enhancements, refactoring, and testing.

• Craft clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Create and expand unit and integration test suites.

• Assess peer-generated assignments for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure modes.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in written English at a professional level.

• 3–7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; basic knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing).

• Demonstrated ability to debug and work with large, multi-file codebases.

• Experience in code reviews, refactoring, and handling production migrations.
