Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain full-stack functionalities for AI-driven applications, internal platforms, and client delivery systems.

• Engage in frontend execution, backend logic, API architecture, database management, and cloud deployment.

• Aid in the creation of production systems that merge traditional software engineering with AI-enhanced features.

• Regularly utilize AI tools for coding assistance, debugging, technical research, test generation, and enhancing documentation.

• Collaborate with delivery leads, designers, and fellow engineers to convert priorities into production-ready software.

• Navigate unclear project situations, identify risks at an early stage, and facilitate execution through practical decision-making.

• Contribute to code quality, reusable engineering practices, and enhancements in the development process.

• Assist in ensuring that systems are maintainable, secure, observable, and prepared for continuous iteration.

• Extensive hands-on experience in building and deploying full-stack applications in professional settings.

• Capability to implement responsive frontend interfaces and dependable backend services with a strong focus on performance and quality.

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, authentication systems, cloud services, and contemporary deployment workflows.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to function effectively without highly detailed requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities or workstreams in a dynamic consultancy or product environment.

• Proficient with GitHub and standard modern developer tools used for collaboration and delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Daily active use of AI tools for planning, implementation, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.

• Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs and uphold a high standard for accuracy and reliability.
