Full-Stack Developer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments involving bug fixes, feature enhancements, code refactoring, and testing.

• Produce clear natural language specifications along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration testing suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Recognize edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production systems.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing).

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, code refactoring, and production migrations.
