Full-Stack Developer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments that include bug fixes, feature enhancements, refactoring, and testing.

• Compose clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate tasks generated by peers for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Pinpoint edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure that specifications, code, and expected results are in harmony.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written proficiency in English at an advanced level.

• 3–7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Proficient with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
