Full-Stack Developer, AI-First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as the main development platforms.

• Design and orchestrate workflows and sub-agents that are agentic in nature.

• Employ AI to speed up development, testing, and debugging processes.

• Construct and uphold scalable frontend and backend systems.

• Develop across various portals (Consumer, Clinic, Enterprise, Platform, Referral, Admin).

• Ensure the code is clean, maintainable, and of high quality.

• Enhance database queries and improve system performance.

• Design and oversee caching layers and connection pools.

• Create systems capable of supporting millions of concurrent users.

• Guarantee that all code undergoes automated review pipelines (5+ bots) prior to human assessment.

• Achieve SonarCloud quality gates on initial submission.

• Uphold strict security best practices and hygiene.

• Architect distributed systems for global scalability.

• Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability.

• Collaborate on decisions regarding infrastructure and backend architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer in high-scale environments.

• Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.

• Profound knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, and system design.

• Experience in optimizing databases, APIs, and distributed systems.

• In-depth understanding of caching strategies and concurrency management.

• Ability to meet strict automated code quality and security standards.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering culture.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience with agent-based or autonomous development systems.
