Full-Stack Developer, AI-First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as the main development platforms.

• Design and coordinate agentic workflows along with sub-agents.

• Employ AI to expedite development, testing, and debugging processes.

• Construct and sustain scalable frontend and backend architectures.

• Develop solutions across various portals (Consumer, Clinic, Enterprise, Platform, Referral, Admin).

• Ensure the production of clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.

• Enhance database queries and overall system performance.

• Design and oversee caching mechanisms and connection pools.

• Create systems capable of supporting millions of concurrent users.

• Guarantee that all code successfully passes automated review pipelines (5+ bots) prior to human review.

• Achieve SonarCloud quality standards on the initial push.

• Adhere to stringent security best practices and hygiene.

• Architect distributed systems suitable for global scalability.

• Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability.

• Collaborate on decisions regarding infrastructure and backend architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer in high-scale environments.

• Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.

• In-depth knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, and system design.

• Experience in optimizing databases, APIs, and distributed systems.

• Solid understanding of caching strategies and concurrency management.

• Capability to meet stringent automated code quality and security standards.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
