Full-Stack Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead Data Analytics & Modeling: Spearhead data projects utilizing both traditional machine learning methods and innovative AI technologies. Emphasize practical applications that enhance human decision-making and improve our platform.

• Data Pipeline Engineering: Collaborate intimately with the core engineering team to design, construct, and maintain scalable data pipelines that facilitate ML tools, analytics, and rapid ad delivery systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize your software engineering skills to convert data science concepts into production-ready architecture, ensuring smooth integration between data models and backend systems.

• Experimentation & Optimization: Create, assess, and implement experimentation frameworks for auction, pricing, and yield optimization. Develop scalable techniques to measure impact, validate model performance, and enhance revenue-driving decision systems.

• Model Production & Monitoring: Productionize forecasting and optimization models by establishing backtesting, monitoring, and guardrail systems that guarantee outputs are reliable, explainable, and safe for deployment in high-output and delivery environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong data analytics skills with a demonstrated history of managing high-volume, Big Data environments.

• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning principles and their applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI, particularly in relation to agent deployment, maintenance, and practical usage.

• Practical experience in architecting and working within cloud environments, especially AWS.

• Proficient in reading and writing production-level code, with required expertise in Python; familiarity with backend languages like Go is a notable advantage.

• A strong dedication to engineering best practices, including thorough logging, documentation, and debugging.

• Experience in developing optimization or decision-making systems in extremely high-volume environments.

• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a small, highly skilled team.

• A self-motivated attitude with the capacity to adapt to new technologies and quickly learn within a fast-paced ad-tech environment.
