Full Stack Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Convert business objectives into functional, deployable systems.

• Suggest architecture, workflows, and implementation strategies for designated modules/features; refine and finalize them in collaboration with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers prior to execution.

• Take full ownership of modules from end to end — starting from design discussions to release, ensuring post-launch stability and iterative enhancements.

• Quickly transform vague concepts into operational demos, with timelines adjusted based on complexity.

• Create prototypes utilizing code, AI tools, automation, or low-code platforms.

• Validate ideas through experiments and actual user feedback, followed by iterations to achieve production-level quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate email statistics and analytics, driving feature attribution and metrics visibility for measurable releases on our dashboards.

• Develop and sustain the Email Template Builder web application — a system that facilitates over 30 million emails per day, significantly influencing scalability (throughput during peak loads), reliability (uptime and send success rates).

• Enhance frontend rendering performance, component architecture, lazy loading, and state management; fine-tune backend queries, caching (Redis/CDN), and latency at scale.

• Analyze token consumption, inference costs, and infrastructure trade-offs while integrating AI/LLM tools.

• Equip systems with monitoring and telemetry capabilities.

• Establish evaluation loops to support continuous quality enhancement.

• Automate workflows that boost engineering productivity.

• Ensure clear, repeatable documentation is maintained.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.

• Proven history of delivering production systems.

• Strong systems thinking and logical reasoning abilities.

• High ownership mentality; able to operate effectively with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles.

• Experience with APIs, automation tools, or AI platforms.

• Ability to assess infrastructure trade-offs and maintain system reliability.
