📋 Description

• Identify and Remove Operational Friction: Detect manual, repetitive, or fragile workflows throughout the organization.

• Redesign processes utilizing AI, automation, and enhancements at the system level.

• Minimize low-leverage tasks to create opportunities for higher-value thinking.

• Enhance interoperability, reliability, and visibility across internal systems.

• Develop and Deploy Internal AI Applications: Quickly design, prototype, and introduce AI-driven internal applications.

• Transform initial concepts into functional solutions that can be tested and validated promptly.

• Employ lightweight, iterative development strategies to speed up time-to-value.

• Continuously refine and enhance tools based on real-world usage and feedback.

• Promote Practical AI Adoption: Encourage the organization to embrace applicable, usable AI—moving beyond mere experimentation.

• Assess emerging AI tools and technologies for realistic internal application.

• Assist teams in rethinking workflows within an AI-enabled operational framework.

• Ensure that AI implementations yield measurable improvements in efficiency, speed, or quality.

• Collaborate Across the Business: Engage directly with business leaders to identify operational challenges.

• Convert ambiguous requirements into structured product and technical solutions.

• Work comfortably across Product, Engineering, and business functions.

• Align solutions with company-wide objectives and measurable results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a similar technical builder role.

• Experience in developing or implementing AI-powered applications, automation workflows, or internal systems.

• Proven experience operating at the intersection of business and engineering.

• A history of rapidly prototyping and launching effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong technical background in AI, internal systems, automation, and modern tools.

• Capability to independently design, prototype, and deliver functional AI-driven solutions.

• Systems thinker who comprehends both technical architecture and human workflow design.

• Comfortable navigating and enhancing existing tools without rigid definitions or constraints.

• Builder mindset—quickly prototypes, frequently iterates, and delivers practical solutions.

• Works effectively in ambiguous situations and proactively identifies inefficiencies that others may overlook.

• Action-oriented with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

• Ability to translate vague business needs into structured product and technical solutions.

• Comfortable collaborating across Product, Engineering, and business functions.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated curiosity and proficiency in emerging AI tools and capabilities.
