Full-Stack AI Engineer – Workflow Automation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflows, internal tools, and platform functionalities.

• Collaborate with leadership, product, operations, and engineering teams to uncover potential opportunities.

• Quickly create solutions and deploy systems that enhance operational efficiency.

• Shape the direction of the AI-native platform for the upcoming 6-12 months.

• Release production AI workflows utilized internally by the team.

• Streamline operational processes and provide platform integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in full-stack or backend roles.

• Proven track record of delivering production software utilized by actual customers or internal teams.

• Experience in developing AI-driven products, internal tools, agents, copilots, or workflow systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs.

• Significant experience with APIs, system integrations, and backend workflows.

• Capability to work autonomously, act swiftly, and make practical technical decisions.

• Experience in AI-focused companies, venture-backed startups, or rapidly growing tech firms.

• Strong product intuition and the ability to convert complex business challenges into functional software solutions.

• Familiarity with workflows related to workforce, HR, payroll, compliance, onboarding, support, or payments.

• Entrepreneurial mindset characterized by a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a focus on practical results.
