This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide updates on order and return statuses to customers and internal teams through email, phone, and in-person communication.
• Manage incoming orders by verifying the accuracy of purchase order details and coordinating with our warehouses to ensure prompt dispatch.
• Handle returns from customers and warehouses, including receiving, categorizing, and starting the refurbishment process.
• Collaborate with the wider operations team (Global Operations, Supply Chain) to assist with inbound and outbound shipments, escalations, and exceptions.
• Partner with the Finance department to address various returns and order-related issues.
• Undertake additional projects and tasks to bolster Verkada operations.
• Oversee the LTL Workflow by independently scheduling freight carriers, managing intricate logistics, and mastering essential documentation such as BOLs and SLIs.
• Ensure daily shipping deadlines are met by proactively adjusting priorities as needed.
• Adhere to team PTO blackout periods, specifically during the last 3 days of the month and the last 7 calendar days before the end of the quarter.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• At least 2 years of logistics coordination experience, with a strong focus on domestic LTL/freight scheduling and documentation (BOLs).
• Experience in email management and order entry within a high-volume setting.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication (email and phone), with a solid understanding of email etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision, showcasing self-discipline, self-motivation, and effective time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, and a collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
• Ability to pass a customer service assessment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with international shipping and Tax/VAT overrides is a plus but not required.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Must reside in the MST, CST, or EST time zones.
• Proven capability to manage a daily workload with 90% autonomy, proactively offering solutions instead of merely identifying problems.
• Ability to maintain a baseline level of speed and accuracy even as tasks become more complex.
• Comfortable navigating technology stacks (ERP, WMS, or logistics platforms) and addressing digital/physical data discrepancies.
