This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

• Manage the comprehensive global logistics performance within our fulfillment network.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives for network expansion, including the launch and integration of new warehouses.

• Develop scalable omnichannel processes that enhance efficiency, elevate customer experience, and optimize costs.

• Propel automation, predictive modeling, and AI-driven enhancements in operations.

• Cultivate and reinforce strategic partnerships with 3PL providers, carriers, and suppliers.

• Direct initiatives aimed at enhancing scalability within D2C, Amazon, Wholesale, Subscription, and B2B channels.

• Over 10 years of experience in 3PL, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing inbound, outbound, returns, replenishment, and omnichannel operations at scale.

• Robust experience collaborating with 3PLs, warehouse operations, and managing SLA performance.

• Proven track record in leading operational improvements, scalability projects, and cost-efficiency initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.

• Experience with AI and automation is essential.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
