This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create onboarding curricula, standard operating procedure (SOP) walkthroughs, job aids, instructional videos, and practical training modules for fulfillment positions.

• Initiate and oversee structured learning programs, encompassing new-hire ramp-up, cross-training, leadership development, and safety certification.

• Collaborate with site leaders, Operations teams, and the Learning Team to implement new processes, systems, or equipment.

• Regularly revise training materials in accordance with changes to SOPs, technology, and workflows.

• Monitor metrics related to time-to-productivity, certification completion, and quality and safety linked to training.

• Provide site-level trainers and shift leads with necessary tools and coaching support.

• Establish a uniform training framework that is scalable across facilities while catering to site-specific requirements.

• Travel to fulfillment sites as required to observe operations and conduct in-person training.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably within fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or another operations-centric environment.

• Proven experience in creating training content directly, as opposed to solely managing a vendor or LMS.

• Capability to design clear, visual, and practical materials for hands-on, frontline audiences.

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices in adult learning.

• Knowledge of LMS platforms and basic content creation tools, including video editing, e-learning authoring, and job aid design.

• Willingness to travel to fulfillment sites as necessary.

• Preferred: experience in training on WMS workflows or similar operational software.

• Preferred: background in safety or compliance training, including OSHA or equipment certification.

• Preferred: experience in scaling a training function across multiple locations.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
