This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the primary FSP customer expert and a strategic business partner.
• Identify and develop new FSP business opportunities alongside Sales and Business Development teams.
• Offer consultative FSP support to both potential and existing clients.
• Build, nurture, and sustain long-term profitable relationships with clients.
• Prepare responses to FSP RFI/RFPs, proposals, and bid defenses in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Meet annual sales objectives and targets through proactive sales initiatives and networking.
• Formulate account plans and partnership strategies for key accounts and strategic partners.
• Provide regular activity updates and reports to management.
• Deliver competitive insights within FSP accounts.
• Highlight Fortrea's capabilities and differentiators as the subject matter expert within the functional unit.
• Manage customer expectations and work collaboratively with company resources to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee FSP opportunities, pipeline forecasting, strategic accounts, and complex sales processes.
• Support margins, pricing strategies, proposal scope development, and client presentations.
• Create and deliver FSP sales training for the Business Development team.
• Mentor and coach Account Executives and other team members while sharing best practices.
• Analyze industry resources to pinpoint business opportunities.
• Devise long-term FSP account strategies.
• Significant experience in selling FSP models within clinical, biostatistics, programming, data management, and safety services.
• Proven experience in selling services directly to pharmaceutical and biotech firms.
• Bachelor's degree in a life science or business discipline is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• In-depth industry knowledge is essential.
• Proven skills in client retention.
• Capability to manage challenging client and/or financial scenarios.
• Strong collaborative relationships with internal management and site leadership.
• Ability to distinguish Fortrea from its competitors.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams that interact directly with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in presenting to executives and senior client stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in global collaboration.
• A highly consultative approach with success in a matrix environment.

• Proven ability to acquire, develop, and retain clients.
• Knowledge of the drug development process.
