French Support Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Provide customers with product details, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to issues.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Follow up on customer requests and escalate concerns as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French (C1/C2) with a native accent from France, Belgium, or Switzerland.

• Good command of English (B2) for communication.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Must reside in mainland Portugal, excluding the islands.

• Possession of a European passport; sponsorship or visa support is not available.

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
